Refund policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases, and this policy explains when they can be refunded.

Credits are consumable. Buying a credit pack grants credits that never expire. Once credits have been consumed by successful erases, the corresponding value cannot be refunded.

When we refund. If a purchase failed to deliver credits, if you were charged twice for the same pack, or if you have consumed none of the credits from a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. If something went wrong on our side — for example a billing error — we will make it right regardless of the deadline.

How to request. Send your request through the contact page with the email on your account and the order reference. We aim to respond within two business days.

Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
